Until I was recommended hypnosis by a friend for confidence to attend interviews, I didn’t really know much about Hypnosis. I was never adverse to it but had never really explored it. When I met Jade I was blown away by how much hypnosis could help me. At the time I booked, I never realised that Jade was also a life and leadership coach as well, so when I saw Jade for my confidence with attending interviews, I was also able to engage Jade for life coaching and career goal setting as well. Jade was able to provide me with not only the confidence I needed to attend an interview, but also with an excellent range of interview techniques and skills, career goal setting and career coaching. I could not recommend a Hypnotist and Coach more highly. I came away from my sessions with Jade with a clear mind, clear goals, confidence and career focus that I never thought was even possible.

I can’t recommend a coach and hypnotherapist more highly.  I went to Jade for life coaching and realised Jade was also a Hypnotist.  Personally, I was a sceptic however she convinced me that hypno would also help with the coaching targets I had.  One of which was to drop procrastination.  I came out of Jade’s sessions more motivated than I had ever felt in the past.  Jade was able to use a range of techniques to help me with procrastination, all of which I never realised even existed.  This was quite a significant problem in my life and I’d seen a psychologist about this in the past but that never got me anywhere, so, I was extremely happy with the progress I made.  Thanks Jade

My teenage daughters both received Hypnotherapy and Coaching from Jade to assist them with their year 12 exam anxiety.  Jade was able to give them the comfort and confidence they needed to study and attend their exams.  I was extremely surprised with the results and change in my girls, not to mention the increase in confidence and motivation levels they both had after they had completed their sessions. They too were so happy with the results.  They loved working with Jade.  They felt comfortable and totally at ease with her as a therapist.  Highly recommended.

I was really struggling to transition from being a mum and moving back into the workforce.  I took quite a number of years out of the workforce and felt I had lost a lot of my confidence.  I also wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do.  I was recommended to Jade by another mother with similar issues who highly recommended her.  I couldn’t have been happier with the services and tools Jade was able to provide me.  Not only did Jade help me build my confidence but she completely inspired me to re-join the workforce.  She helped me evaluate my values and she even conducted some personality assessments on me which helped me really understand what my strengths were and what career I was best suited to.  She helped me understand my personality and competencies at a level which helped me immensely.  I was so impressed, I sent my children to see Jade and they were able to get fantastic career coaching.
